Hello Reader,
Latina Equal Pay Day is the day when Latina pay catches up to that of white, non-Hispanic men from the previous year -- it is being observed on October 21, 2021.
More than 50 years after the passage of the Equal Pay Act of 1963, Latinas typically earn only 57 cents for every dollar earned by white, non-Hispanic men and must work nearly 23 months to earn what white men earn in 12 months.
I developed this Challenge because as women we need to step up our game when it comes to earning the money we deserve.
And everything starts with our Mindset. This Challenge is designed to:
#1 - Build our Awareness
#2- Look at our relationship with Money
#3- Begin to learn the tangible tools we need to succeed.
Our DAY #1 Challenge:
Let's start to look at our relationship with Money.
Step 1 - Answer these 3 questions in a journal:
1- What is your first memory regarding money?
2- What is the relationship you would want to have with money?
3- How will changing your relationship with money - help you reach your life goals?
Step 2 - Post any breakthroughs you had or awareness that opened up for you in my IG live page for the challenge. Click here to watch the live for day 1.
Step 3 - Tag 2-3 friends who you think would benefit from this Challenge also!
Join us in my IG live at 8:15am PST daily for the Live Latina Equal Payday Challenge!!

Hello Reader, Yesterday was Dia De Muertos, and I want to acknowledge how our culture chooses to celebrate and remember those who have passed on ❤️ Dia de los Muertos is a celebration of culture, history, and love for those who came before us. Although thinking of my brother's passing still makes me sad, today I remember him with joy. Instead of death being only a sad experience, death becomes a part of life today. It’s like we bring back the spirit of those that have passed and we honor them...
Hello Reader,Although we are bringing awareness to this important day- today is not about celebration. It is important and vital to our Money Mindset to know our numbers!...
